Kama Tower Conakry

Kama group
Area :
65 000 sqm

Located in Conakry, we designed Kama Tower as a contemporary mixed-use building combining offices, residential units, and service spaces within an elegant and functional vertical composition. Conceived to accompany the rapid urban development of the city, the project aims to establish a new architectural landmark contributing to the evolution of Conakry’s skyline.

Our architectural approach is based on a reflection on vertical urbanity and mixed-use living, where working and residential functions coexist within a fluid and coherent spatial organization. The lower levels accommodate shared functions and reception areas, while the upper floors host office spaces and residential units benefiting from open views and optimized natural daylight.

One of the main challenges of the project was to develop an architectural response adapted to Conakry’s tropical climate while maintaining a strong contemporary identity. The façade design combines glazed surfaces, solar protection systems, and mineral materials in order to reduce heat gain while reinforcing the tower’s elegance, lightness, and vertical expression.

Through its refined vertical composition, Kama Tower expresses our vision of modern, sustainable, and context-driven urban architecture, where technical performance, spatial quality, and architectural identity are developed as a unified design ambition.
