Located in Riyadh, we designed this residential compound as a contemporary private community combining comfort, security, and quality of life. The development includes 32 S+3 villas, 10 S+4 villas, a secure reception building, and a children’s play area integrated at the heart of the project. The circulation strategy, based on a dedicated entrance and a separate exit, ensures smooth, controlled, and secure movement throughout the compound.

Our architectural approach is rooted in a deep understanding of Riyadh’s lifestyle and cultural values, where privacy is a fundamental component of residential living. We carefully studied the positioning of the villas, façade treatments, and landscaped transitions to minimize overlooking while maximizing natural light and enhancing the quality of outdoor living spaces.

The architectural language adopts a refined contemporary expression, combining clean volumes, mineral materials, and large glazed openings protected from direct solar exposure.

Landscape design plays a central role in our concept, creating breathing spaces throughout the compound and reinforcing its residential identity within a dense urban context.
