MIXED-USE BUSINESS CENTER

Location :
Bamako - Mali
Client :
Private
Area :
200 000 sqm

Conceived as a contemporary mixed-use development, the Mixed-Use Business Center is part of a modern urban strategy where office spaces, retail activities, and service functions are integrated within a single cohesive project. The aim was to create a dynamic urban hub capable of supporting the evolving fabric of the city and new ways of working in West Africa.

The architectural design is based on a clear volumetric organization that ensures a fluid reading between the different programmatic functions. The project prioritizes accessibility, commercial visibility, and high-quality working environments, while establishing a strong and contemporary architectural identity.

A particular focus was placed on climatic response through a bioclimatic approach, integrating façade solar protection, optimized daylight control, and thermal comfort strategies adapted to Bamako’s hot climate.

Through this project, HBA Architecture expresses a vision of the contemporary African city: hybrid, functional, and driven by mixed-use synergy and enhanced urban experience.
