IBI Group
Area :
70 000 sqm
Designed for IBI Group, the IBI Tower is a 27-storey office tower located in the strategic ACI 2000 district in Bamako, within a rapidly evolving urban environment. The project is conceived as a contemporary vertical landmark, expressing the identity and ambition of a key economic player in the region.
The architectural design is based on a refined search for elegance and verticality, expressed through a slender composition and a rhythmic façade treatment. The project aims to combine an iconic presence with functional efficiency and high-quality work environments in a dense and demanding urban context.
A strong focus was placed on climatic response through a bioclimatic approach, integrating solar control strategies, façade shading systems, and optimized thermal comfort for users, adapted to the harsh Sahelian conditions of Bamako.
Through this high-rise project, HBA Architecture demonstrates its expertise in designing contemporary office towers in West Africa, combining innovation, functionality, and strong urban impact.
