Located in Abidjan, within the prestigious residential district of Riviera 4, we designed Villa K.C as a contemporary private residence set within an exceptional environment where architecture interacts with a refined urban fabric of high-end villas and landscaped gardens. The project is conceived as a home with a strong architectural identity, combining sobriety, elegance, and a distinctly contemporary expression.

Our architectural concept is based on a composition of pure and balanced volumes, organized around a constant dialogue between interior and exterior spaces. We emphasized large openings framing views toward the garden and outdoor living areas, creating a seamless continuity between daily life and the landscape. The functional hierarchy is carefully structured to ensure comfort, privacy, and high-quality living experiences.

The main challenge of the project was to combine contemporary architectural expression with climatic comfort in a tropical context. We integrated solar protection devices, controlled overhangs, and optimized openings to manage sun exposure while ensuring generous natural daylight. The selected materials—mineral renders, stone, and contemporary finishes—reinforce the refined and understated elegance of the project.

Within the prestigious context of Riviera 4, we paid particular attention to privacy and the transition between public and private realms, which is essential in this type of residential environment. Landscape design plays a key role, acting as a subtle buffer while enhancing the architecture and extending the living spaces outdoors.

Currently under construction, the project is gradually taking shape on site, confirming the original architectural ambition and precisely translating the design intent into execution.

Through its clean and controlled architectural language, Villa K.C expresses our vision of residential design based on proportion, spatial quality, and contextual integration, achieving a discreet and timeless modernity.
