Located in N’Djamena, we designed Villa B.B.K as a contemporary residential project seeking a balance between modern architectural expression, climatic comfort, and respect for local ways of living. The project responds to a demanding urban and environmental context where solar protection, natural ventilation, and the quality of outdoor spaces are key design drivers.

Our architectural concept is based on a simple and contemporary reading of volumes, organized around a fluid distribution between living areas, private zones, and exterior spaces. We conceived the villa as a compact and efficient composition while maintaining open spatial sequences oriented toward the garden and relaxation areas, strengthening the continuous relationship between interior and exterior living.

We gave particular attention to the treatment of façades, conceived as climatic filters. The chosen materials combine sobriety and performance: mineral finishes, contemporary textures, and large shaded openings that help control solar exposure while ensuring balanced natural daylight. Shading devices and recessed façades further enhance thermal comfort and reinforce the privacy of the living spaces.

Within the cultural context of N’Djamena, we also integrated a reflection on privacy and the transition between public and private realms, in line with local lifestyles. The volumes are carefully oriented and protected to preserve intimacy while extending living spaces naturally toward the outdoors.

Through its refined and contemporary expression, Villa B.B.K embodies our vision of residential architecture driven by proportion, climatic performance, and spatial quality, achieving a constant balance between modernity and contextual sensitivity.
