Located in Bamako, we designed KAMA Tower as the flagship headquarters of the KAMA Group, expressing a contemporary architectural vision that reflects the company’s ambition and identity within the urban landscape. The project brings together administrative spaces, executive offices, and support functions within a tower conceived as a strong institutional and urban landmark.

Our architectural concept is based on a fluid and dynamic gesture: a spiral form that emerges from the ground floor and continuously develops throughout the height of the tower, culminating at its summit. This continuous movement reinforces the building’s verticality while giving the volume a sense of motion, lightness, and identity. The façade becomes a sculptural element whose perception shifts depending on viewpoint and natural light.

The tower is fully glazed, designed with a high-performance glass envelope adapted to Bamako’s hot climate. We integrated advanced glazing technologies that reduce solar heat gain and glare while maximizing transparency, natural daylight, and interior comfort for office spaces. This approach combines contemporary architectural expression with energy efficiency and environmental performance.

Through its refined and iconic design, KAMA Tower embodies our vision of architecture where innovation, technical performance, and urban identity converge to create a powerful landmark within the evolving skyline of Bamako.
