Located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, we designed this residential villas compound as a contemporary gated community composed of private villas, conceived to offer a high-quality lifestyle that combines privacy, comfort, and a strong relationship with outdoor living.
Our architectural concept is strongly driven by a bioclimatic approach, where orientation and spatial organization are used as fundamental design tools. We carefully studied sun paths, prevailing winds, and thermal comfort to ensure that each villa benefits from optimized natural lighting while minimizing excessive solar exposure.
The masterplan is organized as a coherent system of volumes and landscaped open spaces, creating a balanced low-density residential environment where greenery and shaded outdoor areas play a central role in improving microclimatic conditions and enhancing the quality of life.
We gave particular attention to passive environmental strategies, including shaded façades, controlled openings, and transitional outdoor spaces that reduce heat gain while promoting natural ventilation. The integration of vegetation and landscape elements further strengthens the bioclimatic performance of the compound by creating cooler micro-environments and improving overall outdoor comfort.
Circulation and privacy were carefully structured, ensuring a clear separation between public access, private villa zones, and shared community areas, while maintaining fluid movement and a strong sense of security within the compound.
The architectural expression remains contemporary and restrained, defined by clean volumes and functional layouts, while allowing the climate strategy and landscape design to shape the identity of the project.
This compound reflects our vision of modern residential living in Riyadh, where architecture, landscape, and climate responsiveness come together to create a sustainable, comfortable, and refined living environment.
