Located in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, the Residence of 6 Villas is a contemporary private housing development designed as an exclusive residential enclave combining architectural coherence, privacy, and high-end living standards. The project is organized as a compact ensemble of six independent villas, carefully integrated into their site while maintaining a strong unified identity.
Our architectural approach focuses on creating a harmonious residential composition where each villa retains its individuality while benefiting from the overall coherence of the development. The layout ensures optimal orientation, clear spatial organization, and a balanced relationship between built volumes and landscaped outdoor areas.
We placed particular emphasis on privacy, comfort, and spatial quality. Each villa is designed with its own private swimming pool, extending the living spaces outdoors and reinforcing the lifestyle-oriented character of the project. Generous terraces and garden areas ensure a seamless continuity between interior and exterior environments.
A key functional feature of the project is the integration of a basement level dedicated to parking, allowing us to free the ground level for landscape and pedestrian use. This solution enhances both security and comfort while preserving the purity of the architectural composition at grade.
The architectural language is defined by a contemporary minimalist expression, combining clean volumes, large glazed openings, and refined materiality. The design emphasizes natural light, openness, and modern comfort while maintaining simplicity and architectural clarity.
Outdoor spaces play a structuring role in the project, reinforcing privacy and creating a calm, exclusive residential atmosphere.
Through this project, we express a vision of high-end residential architecture where functionality, elegance, and spatial quality converge to create a refined and coherent living environment.
