APART HOTEL

Location :
Conakry - Guinea
Client :
BTPK International
Area:
36 128 sqm

Located in Conakry, Guinea, and designed for BTPK International, this seafront apart-hotel is conceived as a contemporary hospitality development expressing a balance between elegance, comfort, and urban identity. Situated in a rapidly evolving area of the capital, the project aims to provide a high-quality accommodation experience adapted to both short and long stays, while fully embracing its privileged relationship with the Atlantic coastline.

Our architectural approach is strongly guided by the maritime context, shaping the orientation of the volumes, the treatment of façades, and the spatial organization of the building. We worked on maximizing sea views from the majority of units while integrating natural ventilation strategies and generous openings that reinforce the dialogue between interior spaces and the coastal landscape.

The architectural language is deliberately clean and contemporary, combining international hospitality standards with a design approach rooted in the local context. The overall composition emphasizes clarity, lightness, and visual continuity, ensuring both functionality and architectural identity.

We paid particular attention to volumetric composition, façade articulation, and the quality of interior spaces in order to optimize comfort, light, and the overall user experience. Outdoor terraces and open spaces further extend the living environments, strengthening the connection to the sea and enhancing the hospitality experience.

Through this project, we explore a contemporary vision of hospitality architecture in West Africa, creating a destination that combines architectural character, functionality, and a refined seaside living experience.
