Located in Bamako, near the Niger River, we designed Villa H-T as a contemporary residential project of approximately 590 m², conceived as a strong spatial experience where light, volumes, and the relationship to water define the architectural concept.

Our design approach is driven by a clean and refined architectural language, structured around a sequence of expressive spatial moments that shape the entire living experience. From the entrance, the villa opens onto a double-height space, immediately creating a sense of verticality and openness that establishes the identity of the project.

This spatial progression continues towards a second living area at garden level, developed within a dramatic triple-height volume that becomes the central heart of the villa. This space extends naturally toward the outdoors, reinforcing a continuous dialogue between interior living areas and the surrounding landscape.

At garden level, we integrated a cinema room conceived as an intimate and immersive space. It features a full-height glazed façade opening directly onto the swimming pool, creating a strong visual and atmospheric connection between interior space and water, enhancing the sensory experience of the villa.

The entire project is organized around a constant relationship with its environment, where views, natural light, and spatial perspectives guide the architectural composition and structure the daily living experience.

Villa H-T expresses our vision of contemporary luxury residential architecture, emphasizing spatial depth, volumetric richness, and a seamless connection between water, landscape, and living spaces.
