On Wednesday, March 23, 2022, in Niamey, the President of the Republic of Niger, H.E. Mohamed Bazoum, laid the foundation stone for the construction project of university infrastructure across the country. The project was designed and presented by HBA Architecture in collaboration with the Malian company Builders.
